Rothschild is the quintessential Melbourne rock covers band taking Victoria by storm. Forming at the beginning of 2015, the band have quickly amassed a large list of material to pull from (a list exceeding 100 songs) whilst gaining rave reviews from patrons and staff alike. So positive has the response been so far, one venue has had the band back for every month of 2016 & 2017 consecutively!

The bands tagline is ‘Rothschild – Playin’ the classics’. One look at the groups song list and you’d have to agree they do that, and then some! The guys also pride themselves on providing an authentic experience, hence no backing tracks or any effects that can’t be replicated by voice, guitar, drums or keyboard are used during our performance. From their experience so far, they believe that this raw approach produces an energy in the room that the crowd highly responds positively to, and one that flows through themselves to create a kickass performance.

There is nothing but experience present in its members. With over 60 combined years in the industry, the stage is packed with experienced and hardened musicians when Rothschild climbs on. Whilst priding themselves on their performance, they also pride themselves on their professional equipment, technical knowledge and the ability to be able to still put on a great sounding show without the presence of a sound engineer.
